We are looking for a new Participation Coordinator since our current Coordinator Abbie Wallace has been successful in becoming our new Company Producer!
The Participation Coordinator is the key point of contact for all participants of our core participatory groups Women's Creative Company and Shared Space and will be present at all planned workshop activity and performances. Central to this role will be the responsibility to work closely with the Company Producer and Artistic Director to foster an atmosphere of care, collaboration and trust, ensuring the organisation's approach to working with participants and audiences is underpinned by a commitment to inclusion and justice. Working Hours: Normal working hours are 2 days per week (7 hours per day). The Participation Coordinator is responsible for supporting the following workshops: Shared Space on Mondays from 10.30am-2.00pm Women's Creative Company on Wednesdays from 5.30pm-9.00pm Rate of Pay: £150 per day. Please note this is a freelance engagement and the postholder is responsible for their own tax and National Insurance contributions. Term: This post is for a fixed term, currently funded until March 2023. We are actively seeking funding to extend the term of the post.
